Hello, my name is Aisling Murphy Wall.
For the past 20 years I have been working as a Natural Healing Therapist in the areas of reflexology, therapeutic massage, Indian head massage and hands on healing.
I remember once someone said to me:
The body is like one big chemical factory, the beauty and simplicity of this factory is its own natural divine wisdom and potential to always work towards being in a state of balance and harmony.
When we give ourselves time to listen, and space to relax, our body has a chance to balance, a chance for us to hear what it needs and to become the best it can be in any given moment. The listening offers us guidance on how to truly take care of ourselves.
Every moment your body is guiding you; you just need the will, and courage to follow the guidance.
Reflexology

Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the hands or feet, using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. Lying or sitting in a relaxed position the session starts with gentle but firm opening exercises and stretching of the feet. Using a particular pressure that is strong and effective we cover the whole foot thus stimulating and relaxing the corresponding body parts. Read More

Sometimes we have pain and need manipulation of the deeper muscles to release tension or strain. Read More
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage has been practised in India for over a thousand years as part of everyday family life as a form of grooming. Indian head massage was brought to the west by Narendra Mehta in the 1970′s and the therapy was extended to include the face, ears, neck, shoulders and upper arms.
Indian Head Massage works on areas affected by mental and emotional stress. In Western culture today we spend much of our time in our heads, so this treatment can really help to calm the mind and is surprisingly deeply relaxing. Working with a firm and gentle rhythm it helps to relieve muscular discomfort and tension as well as calming the spirit and aiding relaxation, it also improves circulation in the head, enhances the senses and promotes clear thinking.
